Is there a way to quantify the returns that the athletes bring to the country? Maybe funding them is the way to go so that the returns might be guaranteed. The "publicity" that Shelly Ann brings to the island is what?

I quite understand what Tony is saying but these athletes are flying the flag of the country very high and probably the inherent value of their actions might be well worth looking at a funding regime for them.
