Do you recall how Wally used to look back at Bolt on his way to victory?

Yes, I remember it well, I thought my gosh will he ever beat this youth with the braids, it use to irk me how bolt cam off the bend ahead on the occasions I would watch and disappear down the straight as this youth used to take him lunch money every time.

I recall Bolt saying in an interview some time around late 2007 or early 2008 that he had spent some time training with Gay and Spearmon and said he was surprised at he intensity of their training regimes and it was then he found out what it took to be successful as they were.

Both Mills and Bolt have admitted the athlete used to be lazy and was coasting on his talent for a long time...maybe until that wake up call and after he took silver in Osaka in 2007
