I know what I said, I have never changed my story from either what Asafa or Bolt did and can you find this post?

That is rubbish about which hand is used - if you are a relay runner you can take the baton with ANY hand...go back and see which hand Asafa has the baton in when he finished the men's 4x100...this is some garbage that Bruce James is trying to force on people...

If that is what you meant, then I must have misinterpreted you. If so, I freely apologise.

I called you on it then and you ignored this tread since Sunday. Your statement today seemed to be in direct contradiction to the one last weekend.

This is your original post which I interpreted to mean that not only Bolt switches hand with the baton (also Asafa):

"As for which hands the athltes take the baton in for the spirnt relay...look back at the men's 4x100m relay and see which hand Asafa had the baton in when he crossed the line- maybe he is "amphibious" as one of my co-workers once pointed out about his ability to use both hands equally well.

I also give you Bolt's not so perfect example of changing hands with the baton..."

Now if only his 'disciples' would see this that they are not perfect but...

Nobody perfect and I have no disciples. I dont call you a disciple of Claude Bryan, do I? I notice you never deviate from that party line.

Besides, I was far from the only person who got THAT interpretation from your post, especially given the context, but I tried to be gracious and end it on an upful note.

Mo made a good suggestion and you had to come throw wud.

                Sigh.

I am still up for it.

Cold red stripe is my preference.

Hey, Red Stripe have a new beer named BOLD! (Yes, dem probably a try jump pon di Bolt likeness.)

Nice taste too! Over the years I had switched to Heineken, but Bold might bring me back to Red Stripe!

                      What yuh drinking, Sickko?

I had a likkle party a few weeks back with nuff farriners.

Beer choice was RStripe and Heineken.

The Stripes "sell off" quick quick. Cubans, Yanks and Americans all went for the Stripe! I had to mek do with a Heineken myself.
