putting the baton in the out-going runner's hand...and
gunning down anyone infront of her as the stagger should leave two or so runners on the outside to gun down...Shelly Ann having taken care of all the rest!...and
as she was all over the place in Beijiing on that curve...she would be on that 2nd leg because all she has to do on that second leg is keep a straight line!
