If what RJR Sports just reported at mid day is true it means the five athletes who failed their drug test will not go to Berlin.
RJR said two of the athltes said they cant afford to pay for the B sample to be tested and the hearing has been pushed back to Monday which is the deadline date for the list to be sent to the IAAF.
The test cost about U$400 or so which to me sounds funny.
Of the five, four are professionals with agents/managers who could easily advance the money against future earnings.
Only Fothergill does not have an agent or a contrcat but at least I am thinking Racers who he trained with leading up to the Trials after turning his back on the coach who has taken him this far, could help him out.
I am also thinking that Marvin being injured decided not to waste his money and pay for the test as he is out already anyways.
Interesting times....
