Biased but very predictable. If this had happened to Tyson Gay or one of the US women like Jeter they would be branded dopers for life. They could never win another race without the issue being raised.

I don't think they are cheats but somewhat careless if Mosiahs story about party for new energy drink above is true.

        We just need to wait

Interesting point, Bricktop . Another thing I notice is that no one is awaiting an official statement on the matter! All that we have so far are rumours, unsubstantiated statements and innuendos, and many people are treating these as facts!

While everyone is anxious to know what happened, a better idea would be to wait until JADCO makes their official statement, as right now there are too many questions surrounding this sordid development. By the way, with reference to those who speak about stimulants like coffee, an athlete would have to gulp down something like a dozen cups of coffee for that to raise any alarm bells after urine samples have been taken.

No I can't. The fact is the prohibited substance was ingested by the athletes. I don't care how, why, when, where, what by whom or any of the other excuses. It is a diuretic that delays fatigue and can therefore improve an athletes performance.

No more of a diurectic than coffe, chocolate and soda.I am pretty sure the yanks would hire a million dollar lawyer to make said claim.

Read the litreature on how easily it is metabolised , you and Historian have now insinuated it takes massive amounts for it to have some therapuetic effect on athlete to have a positive effect.

The litreature clearly states the side effect if having a reaction ,whom is going to risk a heart attack /coma when therapuectic doses have been exceeded?

You and Historian dont make any bloody sense.

2nd point is all the athlethes come from different camps , so its a camp conspiracy ?

They all meet a night before a meet and consume this drug in massive amounts , not resulting in any cardiac problems to win a race and turn up positive for this one meet , many months or meets later.

3rd point the litreature states (This medication works best if a constant level is maintained in the body. Do this by taking doses at evenly spaced intervals)

So if these camps are taking this medication it would have to be on a continum to have a theraputic effect , taken over a long period over spaced intervals .

So why no other positive test at all the other meets? You are telling me our biggest meet the JAAA trials they just loaded up on it on a massive scale , no side effects whatsoever for this one meet .

But here lies the problem no constant level is attained so no theraputic effect is achieved why ? because the body is still getting adjusted to it ! Or no side effects are noted because the dosage is too low to have any effect.

OK lets say they have been taking it for a year ,why no other positive test for all the other meets?

                              ITS A JOKE !
