know then, if our West African gene is the reason Jamaicans are so fast then how come the West Africans (Nigeria, Ghana etc.) naa mash up the place wid dem sprinting? If dem a 100% W. As someone has already said, the Focus and Track and Field over there is not the same as ours and the tradition is different. Our roots is NOT the only reason, but it is a MAJOR reason.
