Fair enough... so what they really should do is give the 3rd umpire more technology (which they have) in order to reassess the decision.
In Chanderpaul's case it is OBVIOUS that the 3rd umpire had seen enough to recommend to the onfield umpire that he reverse his decision. In my mind the ball was past the bat when Shiv played...sounds like a snick could come from anywhere. Hussain and the other commentator did not agree that there was enough evidence to say an error was made...but it really is just sour grapes at work
