Question: Increased Minimum Bet At Caymanas?

Has the minimum win/place bet at Caymanas been increased from J$20 to J$40?

In yesterday's race, news reports showed BRUCEONTHELOOSE going off at 7 to 5 odds, but paid $98 to win.

If the minumum bet were J$20, as listed on Caymanas' website, the odds would have been 7 to 2, perhaps 4 to 1.
