Monte Carlo, Monaco - Jamaica's speed king, Usain Bolt, capped off his excellent 2008 season, in which he won three Olympic gold medals in world record times, by taking the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) Male Athlete of the Year award last night at the Salle des Etoiles of the Sporting Club d'Eté.
