Panamanian who is the bets long jumper in the world for the past three years or so..oh BTW I saw where you were wondering some months ago re the interview with Teofore Bennett in the star, about where is Zion.

Zion is an actual place in the ancient world, it was just on the outskirts of Jerusalem and was characterised by two high hills therefore the 'Hills of Zion'.
Solidarity is not a matter of well wishing, but is sharing the very same fate whether in victory or in death.
      Che Guevara.

Okay ... first I've heard of him.

Regarding Zion, Bennet sent greetings to Jamaica from Zion. Was he in the ancient world, on the outskirts of Jersusalem or was he in Angola? Look like him GPS did a give him wrong data.
