IOC's Rogge, a Belgian orthopedic surgeon, who is a former yachter and rugby player, insists that the accomplishments of a sailor who has won a medal in in each of three olympic games are on par with the accomplishments of Bolt and Phelps. Rogge is digging himself deeper and deeper and is gaining fewer and fewer friends. What a man love controversy! He also said nothing of the British sprinter who committed one of the most eggregious offenses of the games by taunting his opponents when he was finishing the 4x400 meter prelims. And then the big news from Beijing......Bolt donates $50,000 out of his pocket to earthquake survivors in China.
