Good PR move on behalf of his handlers. I am sure this will go a long way in gaining the respect of the Chinese people.

Yu mean 'buying' the respect? Well, PR I guess. Now let's see what he has in store for the Trelawny people.

I fully agree with you! This was extremely good PR, and I give his management team high praises for this move. Sometimes, we have to really think outside the box, and Bolt's management is obviously doing so.

        People have long memories!

Maybe it's time we can stop doubting Bolt's management team. Sometimes the way we talk it seems like some people think if it's not Michael Jordan's team then Bolt losing out big time.

          Relax!

It is the gesture that counts here Exile. In a time when a part of China was devastated by a major earthquake and many people killed or loss personal property, Bolt extends a helping hand. Hey, he could have said he was sorry for the difficulties that the Chinese people have undergone because of the earthqualke, but as Buju Banton reminded us, "sorry can't buy lorry. . ."

Bolt put 'im money whe 'im mouth deh. . .

Oh, I never ever doubted Bolt's management team! In fact, my post above in this thread is the first time I ever commented on his management!

Well done Bolt!(PUMA) stands to benefit but also it also shows compassion and Solidarity with the Chinese and gestures like that won't be soon forgotten.

It also helped to keep some of the attention on the victims of the quake and after all when Hurricanes strike us people from all over the world line up to help us so when we can we should return the favour
