bravo and chanderpaul out in successive overs...it's over now.

No audacity of hope in this forum? LOL!

Whatever happens I am happy with the teams performance this series. They were competitive in all three games and played like they wanted to win.

Correct. At least we didn't roll over and give up.

I have a good feeling about the prospects for this team... I think we'll be even more competitive in the ODIs.

west indies need to dump ramdin... he is useless with the bat... bring back carlton baugh... need some scoring from the w/k position... how many more chances will ramdin get to fail...

some positives.. xavier marshall... better fight from west indies...

gayle needs to start producing runs... if not drop him backside... enough of him and his immature approach to the cricket... he is not setting a good example for the rest of the team...

You right oin about Ramdin. He had better watch his back; he has to pick up his game. test players BTW should be banned from playing what Trinis call "windball" (tennis ball) cricket... it is mashing up their game.

Xavier... well done. Now, just be consistent. Playing against the best team in the world with those performances should do his confidence a world of good.

As for Gayle; he probably should not have played in this match. He was hobbling between wickets if you ask me. In fact gayle should be dropped from the Test side and only picked for ODIs.

We really needed ONE player to have made a century and we could have made history... oh well...

Anyway, I will repeat that there are more positives than negatives to be taken from this series loss.

West Indies should not dump Ramdin. His glovework has been excellent and is miles ahead of Carlton Baugh's. It is better to have him and his limited scoring than the short man who is going to drop catches at critical stages in the game.

this match was ALL about west indies first innings batting....after dismissing oz for 251 they should not have given up first innings runs and should have pressed for a lead of 75 to 100...different game then.

You're right. The Aussies never had to bat under pressure of coming from behind.
