Ladies and Gentlemen: with just over two weeks to go to our second annual picnic I still haven’t heard from a couple of you if you are coming and how many will be in your party. A response from you will ensure timely and proper planning as we will know just about how many people to cater for. If you have already replied to this issue please have my excuse and disregard this message, if you haven’t already done so would you please do so at your earliest convenience? Thank you very much and I look forward to seeing you and yours on what will be the most fun filled Saturday of the year.
