Former Reggae Boyz Marcus Gayle set to join Micah Hyde at Watford.
Unwanted striker Marcus Gayle is on his way back to London after Watford offered Rangers £900,000 for the former Wimbledon man.
The player has only managed four first team starts for the Ibrox club after he was brought in as cover for Michael Mols who has returned to full fitness, and new Watford boss Gianluca Vialla has offered the light blues their money back.

Boyd disappointed at Vetch inactivity.
Former Vetch striker Walter Boyd was disappointed at not being able to play, having watched Sunday's friendly clash between Jamaica The Swans.
"I'd really been looking forward to playing, but I had stitches in a head injury and couldn't make it," he explained. "It would have been great as just sitting there and looking out onto the pitch brought back so many great memories. The Jamaican side is a young one, but they played really well."
He added that he'd particularly loved his first season at the Vetch, with the thrill of being part of a Division Three Championship winning side, but the second campaign had been a disappointing one, hampered by a number of injuries and the eventual relegation of The Swans.
Boyd added that he was currently based in Jamaica, assessing his options of where to play next season, meanwhile Swansea's temporary chairman Mike Lewis has denied that Sunday's friendly clash with Jamaica's Reggae Boyz at The Vetch was a failure.
Lewis had initially stated that a crowd of at least 5,000 was necessary to cover the cost guarantee given to the visitors but, in the event, only 2,500 saw the Jamaicans win 1-0.
Lewis said: "It would be wrong to call it a failure. I'm disappointed that more of the Swansea public didn't turn out to support the event, but there was a superb atmosphere and I'm sure everyone who did come had a great day."
Playing-wise manager John Hollins said: "We gave the ball away far too much but it was great experience to play against such a class international team.
"We kept our shape and had a few chances to score ourselves, though substitute keeper Jason Jones did have to make some great saves towards the end."

Whitmore off Tigers' transfer-list!
Theo Whitmore has been taken off the transfer list, with chairman Adam Pearson claiming he has been "a different player after the summer break".
The 28-year-old's pre-season form has been very strong, including three goals, and the player's improved attitude has seen Hull's boss Brian Little relent.
The Tigers' Jamaican international was told that he was surplus to requirements at the end of last season and, although still under contract, was available on a free transfer.
But he has now done enough to earn a future for himself at Boothferry Park and City chairman Adam Pearson has explained the rethink.
He said: "Theo's come back a different player after the summer break.
"He had his personal problems last season which affected him, but he's enthusiastic and wants to play for us.
"We're happy to take him off the transfer list. He not now available and will be staying with us."
