Posted - Apr 17 2004 : 11:38:51 AM (Taken from the Bolton Wanderers website) RICARDO GARDNER and Florent Laville are set for a run-out in the Reserves to mark their return to fitness after recovering from cruciate ligament injuries. The duo have both missed most of the season but are now set to push for a first-team recall as the season draws to a close. Laville sustained his injury during the 2-0 victory against Middlesbrough at the Reebok Stadium in September, while Gardner suffered his injury in the home defeat against Manchester United in January. (Bolton Manager) Sam Allardyce said: “Those two are very likely to play a reserve team game very soon, if not next week. Hopefully, we will be able to see how they’ve progressed and how they are in a game situation. Perhaps, 45 minutes will be the order of the day for them and see if they can progress to a full game. Maybe, by the end of the season, we might just seem them back in the first team.”
