So Marshall cant get a call? Good overall side still. Nice blend of experienced players and youth.

Your squad is well balance therefore, there isn't much I can add and/or take away.
My only suspicion is that of Shavar Thomas. Shavar, who I think is still here in the States attending college, probably would need sometime to get himself into match-fitness-form.
...And Pepe who hasn't played competitive club football for sometime now due to injury.
My concern: The games are (say) two weeks
away and a sqaud, not even a local one, as been named in an effort to commence training and build team chemistry.
Good selections, but the norm is for the JFF to spring a surprise or two, and sometimes even three:-)
My starting line-up using the 4-4-2:
Ricketts in goal
Fabian L/b and Scarlett R/b
Dawes and Marco would occupy the center of defense.
Andy, Griffiths, Gardner and Lawrence would play in the midfield.
With Fuller and Nandi up front.

But Tilla, if they can't show discipline in the amateur stages, why would anyone risk them at the pro stage? It matters not in which league, division, competition one is playing, discipline should be expected.

If these two things do not happen, they will want to just do their thing as they feel fit. They (the players) will try to get away with as much as the clubs will allow them to get away with.
Hopefully, if not next year then in the other year clubs become professional entities. If not, players like Richards and Nicholas need to get out of Jamaica to somewhere where they will play in a more disciplined setting. Discipline will breathe discipline.

But, can we not have administrators (that includes club managers, trainers, TDs, coaches, etc.) that demand discipline? Persons that run our 'amateur' clubs in a professional manner?
and...
Isn't it possible for our players to act professionally or be excluded from the player pool?
I certainly think it is possible! I believe part of the mentally allows us to lower our expectations. Our league could be far superior to its current level. The work to make it, far surperior than it currently is should be ungoing. Improving discipline is part of that process of improving standards.

Mosiah: I can understand your perception of Richards as being indiscipline. I somehow think that in a lot of our players this indiscipline is caused by the playing environment. If the players were playing maybe in a professional league, where they see themselves as employees to the club, maybe it might be different. It is full time we move away from the amateur football and I am sure you will see a difference.

This player is too indisciplined. At first, I only heard about it, but the very first time I saw him play this season, his indiscipline came shining through. He would wait a long time before he makes any squad of mine. Otherwise, I like the selections. For me, Burton is out simply because I want to look at others.

Tilla: Great selection! Ofcourse, I know being so far you may not have information on the little matters...e.g. injuries, etc. I cannot disagree with the selection....but, yu dun know Neon Deon would be there in my squad.
In all of our current quandary I can only hope that this May 16 re-start is the begining of a continuous march by the Reggae Boyz...a re-start by the JFF...a rebirth in our aspirations and continuation of our journey towards our joining the 'big boys' in world football.

I have my doubts about Claude Davis. Seems to have size and nothing more. Fabian Taylor would definitely start above Chris Nicholas and Dwayne Richards. I would probably reward Roen Nelson with a pick at this time too. I believe Fabian Davis is a midfielder.

a well rounded squad Tilla. I would love to see Omar Daley, Damion Williams and William Wilson get a look in though. Also, Milton Griffiths and Patrick Beech seem to have done enough in the A-Leauge to command a look. Nice squad still.
